6、模板：采用国内目前可延伸系数高达700的高韧性球铁。具有耐用,不变形等特点。
7、调模机构：油压式齿轮调模，操作简单、稳定性高。
8、射料机构：加强型两速射料控制；经改进后的射料系统，其稳定性更强.适合一切高品质铸件的生产,而且热作件通用性广，大大节省客户使用成本。
9、安全保护：机器自动润滑时,欠压缺油自动停机。另具有锁模低压保护、手动锁模双手操作、锁模机后无人操作及射料动作六级防护等保护程序，有效保护机器、模具及操作工的安全。

保修期：
1、整机保用壹年，大件（模板，哥林柱）保用两年。
2、保修期过后，所有零配件原则上只收取成本费用。
热室机技术装备
1、活塞式蓄能器，配以栋梁式压射系统。压力损耗小，反应快，压射速度达5M/S以上，能稳定生产薄壁压铸件；
2、射料油缸，储能器经热处理及氮气处理永不磨损；
3、组合式压射头设计、配用三组德国钢铃，能在高温、高速及高压下可靠工作。

1、定量卸压式集中稀油润滑装置，由主机PLC控制，能实现自动供送油济，监控润滑系统失压及低油位发讯；
